By Climbing 4 North Faces in the Alps, the Breithorn, Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau, Lou Renner and I managed to raise enough funds to build a clinic in Nouakchott. We worked with the Swiss charity Terres des Hommes that indicated that this was one of their most urgent projects.
